By enrolling in the Talent Consultant Program (“the Program”), you (“the Candidate”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions with Global Talent Consulting (“the Company”).
1. Program Overview
The Program is designed to help you secure U.S.-based employment opportunities through:
- Resume review and optimization aligned with U.S. standards
- Guidance for recording professional introduction videos
- Course recommendations for skill enhancement
This is a success-based program: you only pay after you are successfully placed in a job.
Employer Selection
You may be presented to more than one Employer at the same time. To keep the process fair and efficient, the Employer you accept an offer from will be considered your official Employer.
Once you say “yes” to an offer, you are committing to that Employer. You cannot delay or postpone onboarding because you are waiting on a decision from another Employer you interviewed with. Accepting an offer means you are fully prepared to begin onboarding and employment with that Employer.
2. Payment Terms
Fee Structure
- The service fee is equal to one (1) month of your gross compensation, divided into three (3) monthly installments.
- All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Payment Schedule
- First installment: Due 30 days after you start your new role.
- Second installment: Due 30 days after the first payment.
- Third installment: Due 30 days after the second payment.
Payment Process
- For your first three months of employment, the Company will collect your full compensation directly from your employer (funded on your start date, 30th day, and 60th day of employment).
- From this amount, the Company deducts one-third of the service fee each month and transfers the balance to you on your 30th, 60th, and 90th day of employment.
- Once the service fee is fully collected, you transition to the employer’s payroll.
3. Candidate Commitments
By joining the Program, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information at all times.
- Actively participate in Program activities, including courses, consulting sessions, and submission of required materials.
4. Refunds and Cancellation
Refunds
- Once you are successfully placed, all payments are non-refundable.
- If you resign or are terminated within the first 90 days of employment, payments to the Program remain non-refundable, as they represent the fee for securing your initial placement.
Continuation After Termination or Resignation
- If your employment ends and you wish to continue in the Program, you may do so, but this will be treated as a new placement process. A new service fee will apply under the same Terms and Conditions you originally signed.
Cancellation
- You may withdraw from the Program at any time before securing employment without owing any fees.
5. Confidentiality
Both you and the Company agree to keep all personal, professional, and employment-related information shared during the Program confidential.
6. Exclusivity
By signing this form you agree that all applications through our sister company “Sagan” will be treated as GTC placements. Regardless if you apply there by yourself or through your Talent Consultant.
7. Compliance and Legal Terms
Payment Compliance
- You are responsible for following your country’s laws regarding international/cross-border payments.
Jurisdiction
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of California, USA. Any disputes will be handled under these laws.
8. Liability
The Company does not guarantee employment. It is not responsible for:
- The decisions of employers
- Any loss or damages arising from your participation in the Program
9. Termination
The Company may remove you from the Program if you:
- Provide false information, or
- Fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions
10. Dispute Resolution
If a disagreement arises, both parties agree to attempt mediation first, before taking legal action.
