Global Talent Consulting was born from a simple but powerful observation: there is a vast pool of exceptionally qualified, highly experienced talent around the world who simply do not know how to present themselves to U.S. employers.

For too long, brilliant professionals were left to “apply alone and hope for the best. We founded our legacy company, Global Talent Coaching, to solve this exact problem. We built a structured, risk-free pathway to ensure that outstanding individuals could be properly positioned, seen, guided, and hired.
