To qualify you should be
A Professional
A professional with 3+ years of experience in Sales, Operations, Customer Support, Executive Assistance, Marketing, Business Development, Programmer, etc.
Communicative
Strong and confident in English communication. Both spoken and written English must be fluent. Preferred if there is no accent at all. However, fluency is a must!
Responsible
You need to be responsible, motivated, coachable, easy to work with, and very responsive to our Talent Consultants requests.
Super Quick
You have to be fast in your deliveries. The consultants might reach out for additional materials, verifications, or a number of things that they might need to secure your job. Being quick to respond is vital!

Join for free!
Yes, you have read that correctly. We are so confident in our program and our Talent Consultants that we don’t charge anything upfront. CV creation, consulting, mock interviews, representation is all done with no charges upfront! The only catch is, you need to be admitted to the program!
One simple fee
You only have to pay us when YOU succeed! Only after we get you the dream job you have to pay us. Even then, the payment is comprehensive, and you wont have to break the bank. We charge an amount equal to 1 month of your salary. This will be divided into 3 payments across three months.
Payroll & Transition
For the first 3 months your salary will be processed through Global Talent Consulting. Your employer pays us, we deduct your payment to us 33.33% of your salary, and we process the salary to you. This is done for the first 3 months. Afterwards, your payroll is handed over to your employer where they will pay you directly.

What if I don’t get hired?
You don’t pay anything. There’s no upfront cost, and no obligation if you’re not hired through the program.
Can I leave the program anytime?
Yes. You can step away at any point before you’re hired, with no fees or penalties.
Is Global Talent Consulting my employer?
No. Your employer is the company that hires you.
Global Talent Consulting supports you through preparation, representation, and the first 90 days, but your job contract is directly with the employer.
Can I apply to other jobs while in the program?
Yes. You’re free to apply elsewhere. If you accept a role outside the program, there’s no payment required.
Is it a staffing agency?
Absolutely not! Staffing agencies pay you a fraction of what they make from the real employer. We simply find you a job, handle payroll for the first 90 days, and ultimately hand your payroll to the employer directly. You get paid exactly as much as you agree with the employer.
